Description: This position supports the Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) Director and other members of LRASM senior staff. Diversified responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide administrative and clerical support for management and program personnel Resolving priorities in a fluid, fast paced environment Managing Outlook calendars, e-mail accounts, and conference room bookings Daily coordination with neighboring program team and fellow Administrative Assistant(s) Processing of overhead expense requests to off-program leadership Arranging international/domestic travel Preparing expense reimbursement reports Managing office supplies for program area Coordination of international/domestic visitors Direct support for the planning and coordination of special office/team eventsThe person in this position is required to interface with all levels of internal/external management while balancing workload prioritization, sometimes with short deadline turnarounds. The Administrative Assistant is oftentimes the first person to greet or otherwise interface with visitors to our program area, so performing with a consistently approachable and professional demeanor is a core responsibility. The team member must be proficient in working independently during daily execution of job duties.Basic Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of prior relevant administrative experience Previous experience in an administrative role supporting multiple leaders Proven quick learner and self-starter Ability to work well independently and in teams Demonstrated excellent prioritization and organizational skills Excellent proficiency on Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel software/applications Excellent professionalism and interpersonal skills Team player that can multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment Prior experience making travel arrangements, auditing travel expenses and credit cards, and processing expense reports in a timely and accurate manner Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance, if not already heldDesired Skills: Experience with the Concur travel and expense reporting system Familiarity and understanding of Lockheed Martin company policies/procedures and expense reporting systems Prior administrative experience in Aerospace & Defense industry or related business environment Experience working with the US Navy and US Air Force Prior experience supporting executive level leadership in administrative role Experience making complicated multi-trip arrangement and international travel itinerariesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
