What you get to do in this role:   Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completionEnsures effective and timely communication and execution of AI program roadmap deliverables and activitiesOversee and coordinate the development and maintenance of program charters, project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs, and mitigation strategies.Implement a continuous improvement protocol to regularly assess and optimize the effectiveness of AI projects and initiatives.Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate with AI Governance committee(s) to define program objectives, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Technology, product management, legal, compliance, risk, and Enterprise AI Governing bodies. Partner with GP AI Success committee to track and analyze GP AI program performance, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate program progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.Implement feedback mechanisms to capture and incorporate lessons learned into future program iterations
