Bell Staff/Concierge Supervisor

As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will:Schedule: 3pm - 11pmAssist with hiring, training, coaching and takes ownership of all Guest Services personnelResolve guest opportunities utilizing luxury and Forbes service standardsMaintain operational budget by utilizing knowledge of cost control initiativesComplete scheduling and draft schedule for the Guest Service team in absence of Guest Service Manager and/or in assistance with leadership teamAct as manager on duty for the Guest Services team members in the absence of senior leadershipChallenge the status quo by continually pushing to enhance the overall service, team member engagement and service scoresAssist with inventory of team member item usage, purchasing and monthly necessities and/or as needed for upkeep of the department. Report to Guest Services Manager and/or senior leadership of inventoryAssist Guest Service Manager with assigned tasks and duties as requested and/or assignedGenerate reports as requests by senior leadershipBe familiar with Forbes rating standards and associate training techniquesOther tasks as requested or assigned
