Description: Will manage all campus recruitment activity for technical and business roles/skills. Requires significant travel, especially during peak periods. Estimated average travel is 70%. Position demands significant overtime, especially during peak periods.The role will be responsible for:Will develop recruiting plans and provide high level customer service to managers to determine optimal successful campus strategy that ensures “best fit” candidates are included in the recruiting pipeline and appropriately tracked to requisitions, to be considered for interview.Develops positive corporate image for all technical and business majors at assigned schools. Responsibilities include: sourcing, identifying and working closely with “best fit” students, strategic campus planning to include relationship development with key university stakeholders, program and fiscal management, recruiting event planning and execution, other duties as assigned.Highly visible -will manage a portfolio of schools and results will have enterprise-wide impact. Flexibility and team work are of significant importance in this role.Basic Qualifications:-Demonstrated excellent relationship building skills-Ability to travel 70% of the time-Must show event planning or activity coordination experience-Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems-Must have facilitated presentations to large audiences-Proficient with Powerpoint and other Micrsoft Office applicationsDesired Skills:-Demonstrated multi-tasking skills for various types of projects-Sourcing/recruiting experience or knowledgeCampus Recruitment-Experience working with faculty-Time management skills w/closure focus-Highly organized with attention to detail-Able to work in a highly functioning, fast-paced and dynamic environment-Flexibility, and team work are of significant importance-Experience working in a virtual environment-Knowledge of social media for sourcing/recruiting effortsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
