Kforce has a client in search of a Change Management Analyst in Orlando, Florida (FL).Essential Functions:
Ensure adherence to Change Management standards, procedures and processes
Review change requests to ensure they meet the established completion criteria and processes
Review schedules of changes to identify time, conflicts, and risks associated with requested changes
Approve and reject submitted change requests
Chair meetings that review changes, such as Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Approve emergency changes in conjunction with management
Communicate change related information and manage expectations of changes
Recommend process enhancements and continues improvement opportunities that are based on industry standards
Conduct post implementation reviews on failures and major changes. Publish Change Management KPIs and metrics
Delivers group instruction and training for departmental tools including VersionOne, JIRA, and CA PPM
Evaluates effectiveness of training programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods
Analyzes and assesses training and development needs for the organization
Collaborate with SMEs, technology product owners, business stakeholders, and team members in the design and development of high-quality training curricula and courses
Development and execution of communications and training materials, such as quick reference guides, frequently asked questions, Web content, presentations, etc.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
4 years of experience developing training materials and conducting training classes for a large organization
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Experience designing a variety of learning solutions (i.e. e-Learning, interactive multimedia, synchronous and asynchronous online training, simulations, informal learning opportunities)
Experience using CA PPM, JIRA, VersionOne, and SAP financial systems
Certification in change management a plus
Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model a plus
