Description: Lockheed Martin Corporate Information Security (CIS) is seeking a Cloud & Platform Security Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps Leader. This leader will manage security engineers & architects working with Cloud Product teams, Product Owners, and Platform teams like Docker, PCF, and Kubernetes. A successful candidate should have experience leading Agile product teams and provides thought leadership to build security into cloud driven concepts such as DevOps and Continuous integration/continuous deployment.This Full Spectrum Leader will manage a team of development and automation engineers & architects who are focused on development, integration, engineering, architecture, and operations of Products teams which provide the Cloud infrastructure & Platform (containers) to provide security and compliance within these technologies. Work location at a major U.S. Lockheed Martin site strongly preferred.Position additionally responsible for, but not limited to the following: Provides guidance, direction, leadership, training and mentoring to development and automation engineers. Staying abreast of emerging industry security trends and threats to help proactively improve the security posture of Lockheed Martin and increase the efficiency of security automation and operations Establishing a culture of enablement and accountability at the program/developer level by combining processes, technical innovations, and automation to provide continuous deployment of incremental software. Daily oversight of automation and development engineers Strategic leadership of automation and software delivery using Continuous Integration/Continuous Development processes Establishing effective working relationships with the other components of CIS, EIT, Business Area (BA) IT leadership, BA Information Security Officer (ISOs) teams, and customer Working with other elements of EIT as needed to ensure security is part of other capabilities and systems Coordinating technical assessments, trade studies, gap analysis with domain experts Performing as technical consultant on Cloud Security and automation functions Responsibility for development/achievement of department strategy and growthBasic Qualifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance Demonstrated thought leadership in the field of cyber security or cloud engineering/architecture with the ability to deliver innovative solutions balancing between information security and business needs Proven ability to successfully stand-up new technologies and processes from concept to full service operating capability.Working knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery software development processes Demonstrated experience developing and executing tactical objectives and strategic goals Substantial effective working knowledge and detailed experience securing Applications (COTS, Custom Development, and Software as a Service (SaaS)) Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated effective organizational and team building skills Demonstrated ability to build and foster collaborative team environments in a virtual environment Proven ability to build effective relationships Comfortable working in large corporate environmentsDesired Skills: Solid understanding of cloud computing design and security principles Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, OpenStack, Docker and othersSolid understanding of Dynamic Application Scanning Tools (DAST) and Web application securitySolid understanding of database hardening and security for SQL, Oracle, etc. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment Recognized security certification (CISSP, CEH or others) Recognized cloud certification (CSSP, AWS CSA, CompTIA Cloud+, CCSK or others) Demonstrated experience utilizing agile frameworks for project lifecycle Current active DOD Secret clearanceBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
