Job Description

What are the responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative?

  • Manage all customer inquiries
  • To ensure all tasks are produced to a high standard and are completed on time.
  • Create a rapport with customers andensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Help create a positive working environment for all members of staff.
  • Manage samples and supporting information forcustomers.
  • To maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure all new customers are managedefficiently.
  • Solve any and allcustomer issues and disputes.
  • Sort allstock orders requests and processes when authorized.
  • Manage and maintain customer exchanges and refunds.
  • To work effectively with other members of the team

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • 1-2 years of experience in working in a customer service role or sales
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Solid telephone and face to face communication skills
  • Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Worked in an account management role is ideal
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling different products and services
  • Have a qualification or degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in developing and maintaining client databases
  • Understanding of hospitality-focusedtrends
  • Target driven
