process and procedure experience needed. Proficient in Microsoft Excel required.Generalfunctions and Specific ResponsibilitiesCreatemachine BOM tree structure in the approved WestRock ERP system – IFS, for allBOMs
CreateBOMs for machines, sales orders, and service releases
CreateShop Orders and Routers using IFS software based on the generated BOM
Processall Engineering Change Notices
RunShop Order queue minimum of once a week, prefer daily
Participatein physical inventory
Knowledgeand Skills RequirementUnderstandingmanufacturing operations and practices
Experienced in generatingand maintaining BOMs using respectful ERP software
Understanding manufacturingscheduling based on workload demands
Experienced inreporting manufacturing shortage lists
Proficient inMicrosoft Excel and Outlook
Excellentcommunicator interacting with different levels of internal customers
Independent,self-motivated individual
