DescriptionWe are seeking an efficient and motivated Helpdesk Engineer to start immediately with a downtown Orlando company that provides an outsourced IT department to a variety of local businesses.Responsibilities: Identification and resolution of technical issues via remote, phone and onsite support. Securing customer environments with multiple layers of desktop threat protection. Patch installation for desktops / servers using maintenance toolsets. Automation of repetitive helpdesk tasks using monitoring toolsets and scripting. Virus cleanup. Transfer and escalation of support cases to Engineers.Contact : Coel.Bliss@rht.comRequirementsPreferred experience: 2+ years of detail oriented experience with Microsoft Office, OS and Internet Explorer. 2+ years of detail oriented experience with Active Directory, DNS Server, DHCP Server, Exchange (user creation) and Printer Management. 2+ years of detail oriented experience with Firefox, Chrome, Adobe, Java, Google advanced search, ConnectWise and LabTech. 2+ years of detail oriented experience with LAN & VPN (Remote Connectivity), TCIP/IP, DNS and DHCP.Requirements: Ability to provide compassionate, intelligent customer service. Strong pattern recognition abilities for logical troubleshooting. Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite troubleshooting. Experience with OS Migrations. Familiarity with smartphone troubleshooting.
