Product Manager

The Opportunity:

Fandango1 is seeking a highly organized, proactive Product Manager to support product development, operations, and delivery. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you'll translate customer needs into clear requirements, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and keep product work moving forward.

This hands-on role combines product research, administrative support, project coordination, and AI-driven innovation. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, gets things done, and is excited to explore how emerging technologies can improve the movie-ticketing experience.

What You'll Do:Support the Senior Product Manager with research, meeting preparation, product requirements, documentation, and follow-ups.Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify product and AI-driven improvement opportunities.Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for product features and enhancements.Maintain Jira tickets, project status, dependencies, and action items, proactively tracking progress and resolving blockers.Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Data Science, Sales, and Support to coordinate product delivery.Support testing, release readiness, documentation, and the exploration of AI agents, MCP servers, intelligent search, and workflow automation.
