Flywire is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hardworking Relationship Manager (RM) to help with the delivery and execution of our solution to partner institutions. This individual will work to continuously improve and expand our client relationships in an effort to retain and maximize the value of these partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Relationship Manager will partner with Territory Sales Managers (SM) in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase payer utilization, upsell new products, maintain client retention, manage contract renewal and provide accurate and timely issue resolutions
The RM responsibilities also include maintaining effective and strategic communications with client administrators across multiple offices on campus. RM will manage implementation of products and must demonstrate a thorough understanding of all services provided by the company while developing and maintaining a strong relationship at a strategic and operational level with the assigned portfolio.
Additional duties of a RM include:
Workin collaboration with various internal departments to identify needed improvements, recommend solutions, and escalate items to Director/VP as appropriate
Support the rollout and execution of product, client, and partner projects
Manage/lead Relationship Associate(s)
Mentor new members of the Relationship team
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
3+ years of experience in inside sales or managing client/customer relationships
Willingness to travel roughly 25%
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient presentation skills: ability to address all levels including senior executives
Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
Problem solving and project management skills
The ability to work alone as well as part of a team
Experience in sales/account management in Higher Education Industry is helpful
Salesforce experience is a plus
