Description: -Perform duties as Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for one or more programs.-As the CPSO the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in Department of Defense policy and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and others as applicable.-Duties also include completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.-Knowledge of computer and communications security a plus.Basic Qualifications:Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.This position requires applicants to have a final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years.This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.Desired Skills:Experience with JPAS, pre-hire candidate review, and basic security clearance processing.Excellent computer skills, public speaking, and communication skills.Knowledge of JPAS, SIMS, and security clearances.Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
