Description: This position is for the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Sustainment, Action Request Team. The selected candidate will be working in a high paced environment acting as an action point for issues coming from the F-35 enterprise. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for triage, engineering analysis of software, hardware and network issues. The selected candidate will also be responsible for written and verbal communication to provide status update or closure with reported issues. The Orlando East location is near the University of Central Florida and minutes away from the major theme parks.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.Desired Skills:- Four year engineering degree- Knowledge and understanding of Windows Server 2012 and Windows 7- SQL and Powershell Scripting- Oracle database- Ability to work in a high performing team and contribute to completion of program milestones- Ability to troubleshoot and provide engineering support to military and civilian personnel in the field- Prior system administration experience or- Prior customer support skills in the software or hardware industryBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
