Job Functions:

Reports to work on time and prepared for the shift
Follows all Image and Appearance standards
Monitors product supply and replenishes stock when necessary
Cleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and storage racks, etc
Communicates with chefs and managers of low product levels and equipment problems
Removes dishes, glassware and silverware from bus tubs to prepare for cleaning
Communicates with other Team Members to prioritize which dishes, pans, etc. need to be cleaned first
Ensures that dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen items are clean and sanitized
Sorts clean silverware, glassware and dishes
Ensures that clean supplies are available at all times
Organizes and straightens dry storage and walk-in refrigerator
Cleans and sanitizes work stations, utensils, floors, floor mats, dumpsters, and equipment
Transports boxes and trash bags from kitchen, dish area, etc., to dumpsters
Distributes trash cans to kitchen, dish area, etc.
Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and other areas
Assist Chef in portioning, prepping, an cooking as needed
Assists other employees as needed
Demonstrate a helpful, positive attitude at all times to guests and employees
Understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
Provide complete and timely communication to other employees throughout the shift
Is prepared to conduct weekly maintenance duties
Complete all assigned tasks and duties requested by managers
Qualifications:
Minimum of 18 years of age
Ability to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM 3AM
Works assigned scheduled shifts
Food handling certificate required
Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
Able to tolerate prolonged exposure to cold and hot temps (below 40° F and above 140° F)
Able to hear, understand, and respond to requests in a loud environment
Able to tolerate exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals several times throughout shift.
Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
