As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide an excellent guest dining experience as you focus on food presentation and serving. You will also handle cashier transactions as well as setting up rooms where food service activities are performed.
Responsibilities
Complete required set-up/preparation of area prior to scheduled activity
Inspect all equipment prior to, during and at the end of each shift
Report any deviations from standards to manager/supervisor
Inventory materials and supplies at beginning of shift
Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchenstaff is running out of any itemsetc.
Tableside wine service, cocktail service, dining room set up with knowledge of table and position numbers, understand and efficiently execute pre- and post-shift responsibilities, maintain a clean and safe work environment
Check the assigned station prior to service for accuracy, completeness, appearance and presentation
Properly open and pour wine at the tableside
Record all aspects of guests order accurately
Perform cashier functions (obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change)
Monitor members and their guests, anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction
Monitor guests alcohol consumption to prevent over indulgence and ensure safety
Clear tables and breaks down area after completion of food service activity
Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
Complete assigned end of shift duties
Assist with special events as needed
Become ServSafe and TIPS certified within 45 days of employment
Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand, stoop and bend during entire shift.

3 years serving experience in a Private country club or fine dining atmosphere are mandatory.
