Most people don't move forward due to money, Not many people have the money needed to open a Restaurant on their own so very few do, only those with big resources and lots of money can pull this off, Not true, some money is needed, but not what you think, Im looking for a few dedicated Restauranteurs for a Group opening, Looking for partners in all areas, FOH, BOH, MGMT, no one is exempt, I want the dishwasher being equal owner as the GM, no bosses, no hierarchy, just a group of focused, goal oriented, driven individuals that want to make a lot of money and be able to say, "I own a Restaurant", this isn't a stupid gimmick, Those who don't work for themselves work for other people.
