These trained chefs are responsible for making Sushi from scratch, quickly and accurately. Being a successful Sushi Chef requires strong teamwork, effective communication, understanding the guest's needs, and the ability to multitask under pressure. A starting Sushi Chef position is an intermediate-level position. It requires a commitment to continuous growth and learning. This position provides the opportunity to hone your culinary skill sets, while potentially advancing into a leadership position.
