Labor control.
Ordering and inventory.
Create and maintain prep sheets
Pull sheets.
Scheduling, training, and development of staff to provide the best quality.
Plate presentation.
Attention to detail in all aspects of the kitchen.
Mediterranean cuisine experience is a plus.
