Fat Mike's Hot Chicken. New Nashville Hot Chicken concept in Historic Downtown next to Crooked Can Brewery. We have positions available for immediate hire. Morning prep will work 6am until 1pm. Duties include: Breading Chicken for the day, and brining for next day. Kitchen position will require general culinary skills. Position will be working Fry station and line. Both are full-time hourly positions. Kitchen experience required. Pay will be directly related to experience and work performance. Both positions will share in restaurant Tips.
Counter position requires cash handling and guest relation skills. We are willing to train the right person.
