Seito Sushi Sand Lake is now hiring a kitchen Sous Chef.
Candidates should have an established culinary background. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the the kitchen’s operations. Daily operations will include line production, scheduling, training, inventory and ordering, kitchen maintenance, safety and cleanliness. A strong emphasis will be on quality of food and continued innovation of new and improved menu items and specials.
Candidates should be able to inspire, motivate, train and retain a team in a professional and positive working environment. Candidates should have excellent communication skills to work closely with their team and management.
