Front Desk Receptionist at a very busy veterinarian office. Duties include: Checking in client which includes getting detailed information from the clients about their pets so once they leave the front desk and go into an exam room the technician and doctor can treat the pet the proper way.
Also looking for a Bilingual Phone Receptionist to answer a very busy phone station and book appointments.
You must know how to read medical records correctly because at times the clients are unsure about what their pet needs and it is our responsibility to inform them. You must know vaccine protocol, know about heartworm and flea preventions. This position requires at least ONE (1) YEAR experience to apply. Bilingual is a definite plus.
