Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed for a pediatric practice in West Orlando area.
Job responsibilities
Full time, 36 hours work week.
Provides clinical and administrative support for providers, patients and office operations as requested
Counsels and educates patients and families about pediatrics care
Administer or prescribe medications as directed by physician
Reviews medical records regularly to ensure patient needs are addressed
Completes all documentation and paperwork in a timely manner within the electronic medical records.
Provides excellent patient care and customer service.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for a competent, hardworking and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant who has a great attitude and is committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. The candidate must have excellent competency and should be highly organized. Also, excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
Other qualifications/skills needed:
Advanced Practice Professional Degree from an approved college of Nursing Professional Degree or Physician Assistant degree with experience in pediatrics.
Florida medical license and DEA.
Experience working in pediatric practice that sees Medicaid patients and working in a small clinic environment.
Team player and providing compassionate care to the little patients and their families.
Bilingual English/Spanish language is a big plus.

Our practice was established in 2000 in the west Orlando area. We have two offices and the practice is mostly seeing Medicaid patients. We take pride in providing a family oriented atmosphere to our families that we have served over last nineteen years.
