Newsom Oil is searching to fill 2 positions in our maintenance department.
1.) Carpenter
2.) General Laborer / Helper
We are currently working through a number of projects on our property and we need additional help and skillsets.
Project Types
Tank Clean and Prep
Office Space Construction and Remodeling
Exterior Warehouse Painting
Tank Painting
Irrigation Work
and Etc
We recently purchased this property and will have this type of work available for an extended period. (2-4 years) At which time general maintenance and production opportunities will likely be available.
Requirements:
Carpenter:
Take a small project from start to finish (Framing, Drywall, Texture, Paint and Trim).
Willing to do other work and labor as needed (Clean Tanks with Crews and Etc)
Physically able to work alone
Construction Experience
General Laborer:
Hard Worker. Clean Inside of Tanks, Dig Irrigation Ditches, Scrape and Prep Walls, Assist with Construction Projects and Etc
Stand for up to 3 hours at a time
Work in the Heat
Lift 50 lbs
General Requirements:
Reliable Transportation
Drug Free Workplace
Clean B/G
