Duties:

Primary Job - Quality Control all buildings/facilities for which you are responsible
Employee training
Respond and follow-up to problems/requests to insure total satisfaction.
Plan work schedules: organize, assign and evaluate work completed.
Fill staffing requirements by locating and interviewing applicants and obtaining correct paperwork.
Monitor all equipment for upkeep and perform periodic semi-skilled maintenance services on all equipment as necessary.

SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE/BENEFITS:
Mostly weekdays- Monday through Friday (occasional weekend), hours vary depending on facilities
