We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Lake Weston Point, a 240 unit apartment community in Orlando, FL.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for apartment turns
General appearance and maintenance of the property
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Qualifications:
At least 5years of previous maintenance experience at apartment community preferred
Basic painting, electrical, and plumbing experience necessary
HVAC andEPA experience strongly preferred
CPO Certified a plus
Experience with invoices/purchase orders strongly preferred
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to work on-call required
Valid driver’s license and insurance required
