We pay exceptionally high salaries to sales executives for B2B sales in female-dominated fields. We're a woman-owned business specializing in serving other women-owned businesses because that is a huge untapped market. Of course we would never discriminate on the basis of gender, but women have a proven history of excelling in our work. Last year, three of the five women in this position earned well in excess of $100,000 in salary and performance bonus.
This current recruitment is driven by our expansion. We assisted 74 clients in calendar 2015, 126 in 2016, and 267 in calendar 2017. In 2018 that grew to 337 and we are on target for 480+ this year. Most of that growth came from referrals from current clients. We need more qualified professionals to help us expand even further.
This position requires a minimum of 4 years sales experience, a batchelor's degree or equivalent life experience and, most of all, a firm commitment to excel. Experience in upwardly mobile positions of increasing responsibility is especially valuable. Full paid training, expense accounts and medical, dental and vision coverage are provided.
