Orlando construction company is seeking a sharp Administrative Assistant to work in a fast paced office environment. Must have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. An ideal candidate must be extremely organized.

- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures and perform data entry using QuickBooks

- Provides operation support as assigned by office manager

- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience

- Construction experience (notice to owner, liens, insurance, bonds)

- Track expenses

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

- 2+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant

- Bilingual is preferred but not required (English and Spanish)

- Communication skills - written and verbal

- Planning and organizing

- Prioritizing

- Associate a/o Bachelor Degree
