COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We're looking to add a new member to our Front Desk team that supports our current patient base and over 200 new patients per month. Every team member at YDD & FDH is engaged in making the business more successful and help build and protect a positive environment for everyone who enters through our doors, team members, patients, and members of the community. MINIMUM EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

-Associate’s Degree or Higher Education Required

-At least 5 years customer service experience required

-Supervisory/Managerial experience

-Dental experience preferred

-Bilingual Required

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

-Handle inbound phone calls from patients (up to 50/day).

-Review patients charts

-Review dental insurance benefits available for patients

-Communicate with patients through email and phone

-Understand the features, advantages and benefits of all our services and products and be able to explain them to patients.

-Build good relationships with patients so you can identify their needs and offer our products and services as solutions to meet their needs.

-Handle patient service requests basic office information, appointment dates, documentation, insurance etc.

-Maintain all patient information and communication in our database to keep open lines of communication internally between our team members related to each patient's account.

-Set goals; create plans to achieve goals and report statistics daily to the manager.

-Hiring, Training, and Coaching of Front Desk Receptionists

-Manage Front Desk Receptionists scheduling

REQUIREMENTS

-Does not need hand-holding or micro-managing.

-Independent, self-starter.

-Identify problems and create solutions.

-Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks efficiently

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

-Punctual and dependable.

-Intermediate computer experience comfortable with MS Office programs, internet, etc. We also have practice management software you must learn how to use.

-Bilingual
