About the job:
I’m looking for a reliable, creative person to work directly with me (the owner) day to day — helping me stay on schedule, organized, and productive. This position has a lot of room to grow for the right person.
I run a web marketing company that’s been operating for over 25 years, and we’re expanding. You’ll help with content research, AI tool use, social media growth, topic ideas for videos and trainings, and basic web tasks.
You’ll learn how online business really works — from website traffic to marketing systems — and get hands-on experience with the latest AI tools.
What you’ll do:
- Research new topics for videos and trainings
- Take notes and organize content ideas
- Help run social media growth projects
- Use AI tools for writing, planning, and brainstorming
- Investigate websites and business models
- Pull reports from our web tools
- Assist with basic web development (I’ll teach you)
What we’re looking for:
- Smart, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using the web and basic online tools
- Interest in AI, marketing, or social media (experience is a plus, not required)
- Must be local to Winter Springs, FL — this is an in-person position
Pay: Starting at $15/hr with room to grow as you learn.
