STRONG HVAC experience and certification required
Painting/drywall experience necessary
Appliance and plumbing experience preferred
Pool experience a plus
On-call required
Reliable transportation to/from and at work with a valid drivers license
Performance of maintenance requests and punch-out among other general duties
