Seeking a Full Time Grounds Keeper/Maintenance Assistant for a 250 unit apartment complex.
Duties are to ensure the property is well maintained and including all common areas in a visually appealing and clean/safe condition. Following all safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment is top priority. Landscaping, painting, moving furniture and doing janitorial tasks are all part of the job.
REQUIREMENTS:
⢠High school diploma or equivalent required;
⢠Requires minimal experience in landscaping, general maintenance or handy work; plumbing or carpentry a plus;
⢠Must be flexible, willing to work on call and respond to after-hours emergency situations on the property;
⢠Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs following appropriate safety procedures;
⢠Must be comfortable in and willing to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc);
⢠Must be comfortable performing janitorial duties.
* Must submit to a criminal background check and have an acceptable driving record.
