Responsible for processing rentals and selling optional services, (Sales experience is required)
Also answering and receiving telephone calls, resolving overdue rentals, responding to customer questions, also communicating with shuttle driver for airport pick-ups.
Ability to use Microsoft Office for inserting reservations in our system.
Knowledge and Skills.
