Job Summary:
Are you passionate about connecting with people and helping them find services that improve their daily lives? Join our dynamic Field Sales team and represent Mobile Services at local community events including Fairs, Farmers markets, Swap meets, Supermarkets and malls.
You’ll be the face of Spectrum in the community, working in high-traffic areas to identify customer needs and match them with the right Internet, TV, and Mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent Spectrum Home and Mobile services at scheduled community events and pop-up locations.
Actively engage with attendees to promote and sell Internet, TV, and Mobile services.
Build rapport with potential customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable service packages.
Collaborate with a team of Field Sales Representatives to maximize event impact and lead generation.
Track and report sales activity, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Spectrum service offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages.
Assist in setting up and tearing down event booths and promotional displays.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in field sales, event marketing, or direct customer interaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
Ability to work in outdoor and high-traffic environments.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have reliable transportation to travel throughout the Inland Empire area.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
