Duties:
Assisting English and Spanish speaking customers with setting up claims through their insurance companies
Verifying insurance coverage for the vehicles that need to be repaired and communicating coverage information to the customer
Using knowledge of automotive safety to assess vehicle damage and qualify the damage for repair
Collecting vehicle information so that the correct parts for repairs are ordered
Generating work orders for repairs
Scheduling appointments for service for the customer
Following up with customers to ensure that repairs go as planned
Assisting in the training and orientation of new associates upon request
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
Prior experience in customer service preferred
Skill in speaking with a pleasant voice, retaining composure, and building rapport among peers, insurance companies, and customers
Ability to present oneself well over the phone and in person
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
