About this Position
We are looking for experienced, driven professionals who are looking to make a transition to a top performing sales team (real estate experience not needed). This individual will take ownership of leads and actively convert them to appointments. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to sales leads. This person also has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of leads coming in and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads.

Responsibilities and Duties
This role is primarily in-office with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers.
Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.
Utilize strong communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments
Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through the use of our CRM.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Real Estate license / experience isnt a must but in the absence of it, calling experience will be a must
Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts
Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary
Passionate about selling
Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
Independent and self-motivated
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and typing)
Strong computer and technology skills.
Comfortable with high volume scripted calling and the ability to internalize, memorize, and adapt scripting based upon client needs.
Results oriented and a high achiever
