Requirements:
Native English (Spoken and Written) Is A Must
Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office, email, and Internet
Sales experience
Financial industry knowledge of banking, credit, debt settlement and/or mortgages
Have a positive attitude and true team spirit of helping others
Honesty and integrity
Empathy and a willingness to assist consumers in hardship
The ability to listen and understand a potential customer's needs before explaining the product
The ability to work independently in a multi-step sales process and follow up with warm leads via phone & email
Enthusiastic phone attitude
Self motivated (e.g. give you people who want help and training and you proactively make the calls and follow up)
Long term mentality (the company has been around for years and we want people looking for long term stability)
