We are a full service construction company looking to hire 10-15 new sales representatives that are self driven and highly motivated individuals who are looking to make over $100,000 income in their first year. We try to make the sales position be a low stress and fun position where individuals can make as much money as they want. The office is located in Maitland but sales reps are not required to come to the office on a daily basis

Job Description:
Close sales and acquire new long-term clients for the company's products and services. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times using an Inform, Offer, educate sales approach to determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer's issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales. Integrity, honesty, and genuine caring for our clients are key attributes required of our team members.
Sales representative duties and responsibilities:
Generating new leads
Promptly following up on office generated leads
Scheduling appointments with customers
Communicating with new and existing customers during and after the sales process
Attending inspections on time and assisting customers in the sales process
Photographing and documenting current roofing system and property features
Updating company database on a regular basis to collaborate with the office team
Developing a strong product knowledge
Understanding/learning all roofing systems available to customers
Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales quotas
Must have a smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during roof inspections.

Sales representative qualifications:
Ability to climb a ladder and walk on roofs
Ability to multitask and strong organization skills
Excellent customer service
Reliable transportation capable of transporting a ladder
Must be able to climb a ladder & walk on roofs.
Basic computer knowledge
Sales Experience (Preferred)
Roofing Sales Experience (Preferred)
Bilingual (not required, but a plus)
Valid Drivers License (Required)
Pay Scale: Unlimited commission available, with on target earnings of minimum $75,000. Top reps earners are making $100,000-$150,000
