Customer Service/Patient Care:
Looking for candidates to do patient intakes, insurance verifications, Must be comfortable with computers and Microsoft office.
Description/Responsibilities:
Respects patients and maintaining confidentiality.
Maintains quality service and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains patient files by entering new information as it becomes available.
Resolves patient referral problems; oversees operations to ensure patient satisfaction.

Requirements:
Previous customer service experience in medical field preferable
Clear phone communication skills
Computer and ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to follow guidelines
Time Management and organizational skills
Attention to details
Ability to multitask
