The IT Client Support Specialist II provides Tier 2 technical support for UCF's Learning Management System (Webcourses@UCF) and any related services used to assist with online learning. In addition, provides OPS employee supervision during extended support hours.

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
- Create, review, update, assign, and resolve technical support requests from UCF faculty, staff, and students using Webcourses@UCF and related systems.
- Provide OPS employee supervision and Tier 2 technical support outside of Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. hours. Escalate urgent issues to appropriate units as needed.
- Collaborate with Manager IT Client Support and IT Client Support Specialists III to develop team policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other LMS Services staff to develop internal training and support resources.
- Monitor social media to respond to queries and escalate reported issues as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- General computer competencies.
- Experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous training experience.
- Experience providing technical support.
- Experience in developing documentation.

Work Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday; 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Work hours may be adjusted to accommodate peak times)
