We’re a small but growing creative marketing company looking for a talented video editor and shooter to join our team in Orlando.
About the Role:
Edit short-form videos (mainly Instagram Reels and social content).
Work in English — Spanish editing or speaking is a plus.
Some projects can be done remotely, and some are on-site with us in Orlando.
Use our equipment during shoots.
Pay:
$20 per edited video (includes all requested changes).
$40 per shooting day.
As we grow and you gain experience with us, we plan to increase pay rates.
Tools & Skills:
Must use Slack for team communication. Must be on your phone
Must be a problem solver who can manage edits and revisions independently.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut required.
Strong graphics and motion design skills are a plus.
Familiarity with social media editing styles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Experience with generative AI tools like Google VEO 3 and Higgsfield is a big plus
— we use them often in our creative workflow.
