Roofing Project Manager Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced roofing project manager to join our company. You'll ultimately be responsible for the success or failure of our projects. Our roofing project manager must be a multi-tasker, who has excellent organization and time management skills, is a superb communicator, and is trustworthy. You are not expected to carry out all the work yourself, but will be in charge of ensuring that project teams working under you complete their objectives in a timely manner.
Roofing Project Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities
⢠Figuring out who's going to do the work and when
⢠Preparing comprehensive work plans, and minimizing risk
⢠Making sure that the project is being completed effectively on time and on budget
⢠Coordinate changes and be willing to adapt if necessary
⢠Keep teams committed, motivated, and productive through the duration of the project
⢠Show management that the project has achieved its objectives
Roofing Project Manager Requirements and/or Qualifications
⢠3-5 years of prior experience in project management in General Contracting and Roofing is a must
⢠Must have dependable transportation for work.
⢠Valid Driver's License/Insurance
