As restaurants and bars reopen in the area, the Brass Tap located in Pier Park Mal is looking to fill open positions in their kitchen staff. If you are looking to work again, we have multiple positions open and hours to fill!
We are looking to hire a kitchen manager, along with a couple of line cooks. Some of the qualifications to be considered for the position include:
Must have open availability
Must have reliable transportation for all scheduled shifts
Must be able to follow corporate recipes and portion sizes
Must be able to keep and maintain a safe/sanitary kitchen at all times
Must be a team player and follow direction
For KM's - must have previous experience with completing an inventory, place food orders, training new cooks and minimize waste
