MAINTENANCE PERSON
NEEDED: THIS IS YOUR JOB IF YOU CAN DO MINOR MAINTENANCE, HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, A VEHICLE THAT IS YOURS THAT YOU DRIVE REGULARLY, CAN DO MINOR APARTMENT TYPE MAINTENANCE: Paint, fix things, etc.
DISQUALIFYING: There is a background check, serious violence, drug dealing, etc will be disqualifying, minor charges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Too much drama of any kind will be disqualifying. You must be able to come to work when you say you will come to work. If you no show you will not be working.

We are somewhat flexible so if you can only work certain days, or hours we may/probably will work with you depending on your skills and how much you are available.
