This is a full time, hourly position that, following the introductory period, eligible for health insurance, 401k, and paid vacation.
Seeking the right person committed to supporting our field staff and to act as a connection between the second office location and main office. Must be willing to travel to Tallahassee for training. Must be ready to learn and follow through with tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate material orders with vendors by verifying material and delivery availability
Enter field-authorized subcontractor payments
Maintain office paperwork and facilities with light cleaning
Responsibilities including but not limited to clerical tasks
And assisting other members of the team as needed
This is not a complete job description, as other duties will be required.
Qualities:
Positive attitude to maintain a friendly work environment
Must demonstrate a willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual
Bookkeeping experience a plus
