STORM HELP! Part 1 "It's Now That Time (Panama City/Mexico Beach/Surrounding)

Vacancy expired!

This advice applies to Home Owners, Contractors and Especially Business Owners dealing with the Public.

It has been nearly 6 months and we have yet to see 20% of the City rebuilt. Why?

AT THIS STAGE : You as the Homeowner should follow 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Fire your Public Adjuster if they have not completed the process and continue to delay your claim. Hire an attorney or 3rd party that can complete this mess within 60 days.

Step 2: Hire a 3rd party to determine the Correct Estimate to restore your Home/Business to Pre-loss Condition. The average adjuster's estimate has been "off" by $75,000 on residential claims and $1.2 Million on Commercial Claims. I know- Unreal.

We offer this service for pennies on the dollar. It's a No- Brainer- call us.

Step 3: Invoke your Appraisal Clause with your Insurance Carrier through the Attorney or Us the 3rd party.

The carrier will be required to respond to the appraisal request within 21 days. Yes- that is correct - 21 days.

Call us and we will gladly assist and/or explain the process.

James/Jason/Jared 850-771-8074

We are former licensed Insurance Adjusters and Former Contractors with over 10,000 inspections since 2011.

WHAT CAUSED THIS MESS?

1. The Insurance Carriers were simply understaffed and sent out inexperienced adjusters on many of the claims.

Naturally, the underwritten claims created massive delays with the contractors as they will not perform the needed work for the underwritten scope - Period.

2. The Contractors have never dealt with such a large mess including the delays, mortgage co., permits, new code requirements, material increases, housing problems for the crews, and continued increases on labor.

Naturally, most have them have shut their doors and gave up with the Insurance Co. and the customer.

3.The Homeowners Do Not Know What To Do and What To Expect. How could you as the Breakdown started with Your Insurance Estimate being underwritten thus leaving the Contractor in the dark.
