benefits companies and a Fortune Top 50 Company.The Business Consultant is responsible for translating moderately complex and varied business needs into application software requirements. Possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems and business analysis and is able to consider the business implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects.
Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex and varied business needs.
Analyzes and designs solutions to address complex and varied business needs.
Consults with business partners concerning application and implementation of technology.
Identifies, documents, and reports any benefit errors and communicates issues in a timely manner to ensure prompt resolution.
Analyzes and interprets data and makes recommendations for change based on judgment and experience.
Applies quality review policies.
Can identify, assess, and mitigate risk.
Tracks and trends quality review results, providing feedback to management.
Ability to thrive with multiple, complex and timeline driven work efforts.
Demonstrates ability to perform pharmacy benefit quality review for multiple lines of business, functions, and systems.
Functions as a subject matter expert for discrepancy review, questions from team, internal stakeholders and vendors.
Acts as a mentor by designing and providing training to internal and external teams.
In depth understanding of pharmacy benefit design.
The ability to translate complex free form text comments into cohesive benefit design.
Ability to visualize how free form text comments affect the many areas within a plan design.
Ability to translate free form comment text into backend table names
Ability to professionally interact with internal and external teams and vendors.
Work independently without prompt or follow-up
Ability to facilitate and resolve issues amongst multiple internal and external teams.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to recognize and/or initiate and design process improvement.
Must work in IngenioRx Hubs, with Mason OH preferred location.
Requires a BS/BA degree, 8 - 10 years of business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Ability to travel maybe required.

CPhT preferred, but not required
PBM experience preferred, but not required
Intermediate Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Webex, JIRA, Salesforce skill level
Project Management skillset preferred
IngenioRx Benefit Builder experience preferred, but not required
Spider experience preferred, but not required
