Operations Manager (Milton FL)
An operations manager is key part of a management team and oversees high-level duties, such as attracting talent and setting training. They also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
-Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
-Monitor internal and databases
-Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
-Create detailed reports on progress and productivity of different branches
-Recommend and address personnel needs, like performance review tools
-Address employees queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
-Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
-Team management skills
-Ability to travel & carry company phone
-Must have a minimum of 5 years experience
-College education preferred
