Fin & Fork is looking for an assistant kitchen manager/line chef. Fin & Fork is a high volume scratch kitchen and looking for experienced chefs. You must have experience in high volume, portion control, sanitation, protein production, and managerial experience overseeing a kitchen staff of 20.
