Position Summary:
Primarily responsible for providing outstanding levels of service to all Tijuana Flats Guests, while ensuring that all service standard points are met, all food-safety guidelines are followed and the front of house is always kept clean, sanitized and presentable.
Position Responsibilities:
Sanitation, Health and Cleanliness:
· Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in all work areas in the Front of House
·All guest areas are clean and sanitized.
·Restrooms are maintained to highest quality cleanliness and sanitation standards.
·Always maintain a clean and presentable Front of House – the Front of House should be “Guest ready” at all times.
·Stock and restock workstations
Cashier, Food Runner and Floor Duties:
·Ring all items into POS correctly to ensure accuracy and 100% guest satisfaction.
·Handle cash correctly, within guidelines of the Tijuana Flats cash-handling policy.
·Suggest/Guide guests through menu and menu items.
·Follow/Understand all FOH service standards and procedures.
·Ensure that all food delivered to the guest is prepared, cooked and presented according to Tijuana Flats high standards of quality and presentation
·Display a sense of urgency towards ticket times and maintain a clean environment at all times.
Miscellaneous
·Participate in all training and meetings provided and required by management
-Provide all guest with above and beyond guest service
·Consistently provide the highest quality of service to all guest
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
Ability to follow Tijuana Flats procedures
Skill in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work environment: Site work will require exposure to varying weather conditions and increase exposure to noise. Proper food handling procedures and safety precautions, such as cutting gloves, hot gloves, non-slip shoes, etc. will be required when handling product.
