Employee will be responsible for aiding in the construction and installation of aluminum and wood structures. Employee must have excellent communication skills and work well in a team-like setting. Candidate must be a self motivated team player. Employee must have a driver's license and have transportation to work. Employee will be expected to arrive on time to work each day by 7am and be willing to work 40 hrs/week. Candidates driving record will be screened prior to driving a company vehicle. Employee will be hired under a 30 day probationary period.
Candidate must be able to:
Work on ladders and scaffolding
Measure, cut and shape wood and aluminum using hand and power tools
Read tape measures, levels and squares
Handle materials such as windows, doors, screens and screen doors without causing damage
Adhere to all safety regulations and wear all appropriate safety equipment
Operate and perform preventive maintenance on hand and power tools
Identify and resolve any job site hazards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
